Here are some of the basics

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?

This is your personal healing experience so it is important that we have this one on one time together and not have outside energies coming in between you and your personal journey.  

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY CEREMONY

Upon arriving I will have your tea ready for you with the prepared amount of mushroom tea that we have agreed upon.  We will sit in the ceremony room and discuss yourself and your life and if there is anything that you would like to improve/change about your life.  I will then create your own personalized playlist (with your help of which frequencies resonate with you) of music/sound frequencies that you will listen to while laying on the sound bed.  The tea will take approximately 30 minutes to take effect and you will feel deeply relaxed.  I will then have you lie on the sound bed and we will connect your playlist and your experience of healing will begin

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER

After 4-6 hours you will take some time to talk with your guide after your experience to discuss the things that you felt during your experience.  Everyone's experience will be different and your experience will never be the same no matter how times you do the ceremony.  This can be a very powerful and life changing experience, so speaking with your guide can help you discuss what came up for you and ways you can take your experience into your life moving forward.  

You will be perfectly fine to drive home after your ceremony.

You will continue to feel the joy/peace/relaxation you experienced for days and possibly even weeks after your experience.
